Welcome, my name is Cecilia Desmond.
I work with adults Online anywhere, and in Macroom, and West Cork.
I believe you have an innate capacity for growth and healing. And I aim to offer a warm, inclusive space, where you can explore your experience at your own pace.
Together, we can slow down and make sense of what matters to you, supporting nervous system regulation and nurturing deeper connection with how you really feel.
